Derek Hewlett, founder of Hewlett Properties has been active in the property industry since 2000. In 2000 Derek built a seaside home in KwaZulu-Natal and on discovering the then reduced prices of industrial properties began purchasing industrial warehousing. In 2005 Derek moved to Gauteng and decided that the business needed to be complemented by value-added services and he began developing.

To date Hewlett Properties has progressed to developing and owning Industrial and retail centres. Our aim at Hewlett Properties is to provide a high quality product at a very competitive price. Hewlett Properties is the developer and main contractor for all projects. This eliminates the numerous layers of profit which the regular developer has to pay and our savings are passed onto the clients. Our expertise and ability to perform these functions is aided by our team of highly qualified, skilled and experienced professionals, consultants and sub-contractors.
